Shipping

We offer the lowest shipping rates for all our products. The normal order processing time before shipping is 1-2 business days from the time you place the order with the exception of a few products having longer lead time. Product(s) will be shipped as soon as they are ready. We ship through USPS, UPS or FedEx to all locations in the US and Canada. If you prefer other shipping methods, please inform us by writing, and we will bill you with the potential extra shipping costs.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the quality nature of our products, you may only return your order within five (5) business days after you received it. Please inform us by writing first. We will process the return/refund after receiving your request. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We will refund the price of the products in full and will reimburse you for the return delivery costs except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. If a refund is payable to you, we will process it as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of the return. Also, because of the highly hands-on nature of most of our products, we only offer a 30-day warranty for in case of defective components/products. Beyond the 30-day period, the customer will be responsible for issues associated with the product that are most likely caused by usage.
